What began as a personal commitment has grown into a premier chartered accountancy firm offering end-to-end financial, tax and regulatory services, built on seasoned expertise, rigorous training and consistent quality across every domain we practise in.

CA Pradeep Upadhyay
Senior Partner
CA Pradeep Upadhyay is the Senior Partner of the firm. He is a Chartered Accountant qualified in November 1998 with an excellent academic record. In addition to his CA qualification, he is a Law Graduate, Insolvency Professional, and Cost and Management Accountant. He is also qualified as DISA (ICAI), M.Com (F&T) and B.Com (H) from Delhi University. He has completed certification courses on Arbitration, Concurrent Audit and Peer Review from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and qualified as an Independent Director duly registered with the Board. He is registered as an Insolvency Professional with IIIPI and IBBI and empanelled with NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal), and remains a visiting faculty with Delhi University and ICAI/ICMAI. With over 28 years of professional experience, he has advised several Indian and Multinational company clients across the entire gamut of Business Process Outsourcing, Accounting, Internal Audits, and Direct and Indirect taxes, with specialization in Insolvency Matters, Startup Funding, GST and Direct Tax Matters. He has gained experience auditing diverse industries including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Export, NGOs and Iron & Steel.
CA Rajesh Badhwar
Partner
CA Rajesh Badhwar is a Chartered Accountant, Law Graduate and B.Com (H). He has over 16 years of professional experience in advising several Indian and Multinational Companies clients on the entire gamut of Assurance and Accounting Advisory, Direct Tax and Indirect taxes including GST, VAT/Sales tax, Service tax and Excise duty. He remained a key role player with groups like LG Electronics, OYO Hotels, Max Petz Hospitals Private Limited and Union Bank of India. He has gained consulting experience across diverse industries including Information Technology, Service Industry and Manufacturing, and has also delivered presentations on various forums as a speaker.
Krishan Kumar

While deeply rooted in the foundational principles of financial integrity, he has seamlessly evolved alongside modern technology, expertly leveraging advanced ERP systems and complex data modeling to keep the company's ledger airtight and audit-ready. Approachable yet uncompromisingly precise, Krishan serves not only as a vital advisor to executive leadership but also as a dedicated mentor to junior staff, translating dense financial metrics into clear, actionable strategies that guide the firm's sustainable growth.
